Proposal
We set to work designing the room with 6x Speakers left & right. Front fill speakers, and fold back to allow presenters to hear audience microphones from the back of the long, narrow room.
Video would utilise our Panasonic 7k Laser projectors, 2x 50" comfort monitors, and use of the house patch to additional relay screens. An additional 50" on the set itself would allow the displaying of sponsors logos and messaging throughout the event.

The Event
The event was a great success, bringing together the optical community for another outstanding session of sharing, learning, and networking.
Leaders from across the sector discussed core challenges and new initiatives. And finally the drinks reception and dinner was, as always a social highlight!
